SOCOGES DESIGNATED DISTRIBUTOR FOR ITALY, MALTA AND SLOVENIA (Jan. 01, 2010)
Hyundai SesaAll signed an agreement with Socoges S.r.l. to keep representing the marine engine maker for Italy, Malta and Slovenia.
It was Socoges that first promoted Hyundai SeasAll engines in the European market. The two companies had intensive communication to develop ways to serve Socoges’ already wide customer base across the three countries. The commitment between Socoges Management and Hyundai SeasAll was made in the beginning of 2008 by signing a Memorandum of Understanding.
The two parties have worked together on many joint activities prior to signing the agreement.
The highlight of their early work was to present Hyundai SeasAll’s new products during the 2008 48th Genoa Boatshow. This early action provided Socoges with an excellent platform to introduce the powerful new brand on the market. Other territories managed by Socoges include Slovenia and Malta. They are small territories compared with Italy, but the economy of these countries is especially driven by tourism, which carries significance for Hyundai SeasAll.
Socoges regularly participates in many other exhibitions: GENOA INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW, SEATEC, Malta Boatshow, Fano Yacthing Festival, International Ancona Boatshow among others.

Socoges CEO Giovanni Galanto said, “We are confident that Hyundai SeasAll marine engines can satisfy the request of the marine market with suitable products for a growing number of applications. In our nautical division, the sales and service network is well extended and covers all the territory. In this way we can satisfy the need of customer service for our sold Hyundai SeasAll engines immediately.”
